07.30.2012

Scroll_News_GSAGamma Sigma Alpha National Academic Greek Honor Society (GSA) is the
premier organization committed to the academic success of Greek members
and alignment with the academic missions of our host institutions.
Students are eligible for membership based on grade point average and
membership in a Greek fraternity or sorority. The Society strives to
uphold the high ideals of scholastic achievement and therefore, only
students with a cumulative grade point average of 3.5 or above (on a 4.0
scale) at the start of their junior year or a grade point average of
3.5 or higher in any semester during their junior or senior year are
 eligible.

Gamma Sigma Alpha annually distributes a roster to all
inter/national fraternity/sorority headquarters identifying the students
within their organizations who affiliated with Gamma Sigma Alpha over
 the previous academic year.

Phi Delta Theta received top recognition on the fraternity side from Gamma Sigma Alpha. There were 56
Phi Delta Theta members recognized through membership with Gamma Sigma
Alpha this past academic year. The organization has shown a steady
growth in affiliating members over the past three years and we thank
them for their commitment to the academic success of their members. A
Phi Delta Theta mantra is: “We believe that helping others reach their
potential gets you closer to reaching your own.” Gamma Sigma Alpha
believes this principle is illustrated in the academic success of
fraternal chapters.
