After a revamped and revitalized recruitment strategy, the Missouri Epsilon Chapter at Missouri State saw significant growth in not only numbers, but in the quality and character of the young men now regarded as Phikeias.  Missouri Epsilon recruited and signed 28 Phikeias hailing from cities across Missouri. One of the chapter’s keys to recruitment this year was their rush video seen below.  Missouri Epsilon looks to continue their recent growth overall through the future leadership of these young men.
