Kansas Epsilon (Emporia State) Phi Delivers Hayes Lecture On Leadership During Homecoming Week

Kansas Epsilon Phi Col. Cameron A. Leiker delivered the second Emporia State University Hayes Lecture on Leadership during homecoming week. Col. Leiker was a guest presenter in a leadership workshop earlier in the day. Leiker is the director of Human Capital Enterprise and Strategy, Plans and Initiatives for the Training and Doctrine Command Personnel and Support Element (TRADOC) at Fort Eustis, Virginia.

Col. Leiker earned a bachelor’s degree in economics at ESU and advanced degrees from the Harvard Kennedy School and the National Defense University at Fort McNair, Washington D.C. During his military career, Leiker has served in combat in Iraq, was assigned to the Pentagon twice, and was engaged in recovery operations following Hurricane Katrina.
