Kansas Epsilon (Emporia State) Phi Rueben Perez was honored as the Outstanding Mid-Level Professional of the Year at the NASPA Student Affairs Administrators in Higher Education Region IV-West conference in Rapid City, South Dakota. The student affairs professional association region encompasses ten states and two Canadian provinces. Brother Perez is the Director of Student Involvement & Leadership at the University of Kansas.
