On December 14th, the Idaho Alpha Chapter at the University of Idaho delivered 35 Christmas food baskets to a local food bank in Moscow, Idaho.  Each basket had the fixings for a full Christmas dinner for a family including turkey, stuffing, potatoes and dessert, as well as additional food items to supplement the family through the winter months. Funds were raised to purchase the food by withholding meals from the chapter’s meal plan as well as donations made by each active member and Phikeia living in the house. The chapter’s donation was one of the largest donations of food this year to the food bank, an entitiy that serves families in the local Moscow area.
