Brother Rob Apatoff, DePauw ’80 and President and CEO of the FTD Group, recently spoke at the Presidents Leadership Conference as part of the Leadership Forum. This forum provides successful Phi Delt Theta business leaders to speak to all chapter presidents about their fraternity and career experiences that have caused them to be successful.

Brother Apatoff talked about the importance of career preparation as well as five keys to success. He also explained how being a chapter leader with leadership experiences can help prepare the students for work and life. He suggested that the chapter presidents should ‘master’ leadership, communication, change and choices. Brother Apatoff also engaged the students in a question and answer session. Following the Leadership Forum, General Council President Chris Lapple and Executive Vice President Bob Biggs presented Rob with a plaque expressing the gratitude of the Fraternity for his participation in this leadership event.
