Phi Delta Theta is proud to announce that after the completion of the 2012 Fall recruitment period, we have experienced a 19% increase in new members. This increase comes on the heels of a 15% overall increase in 2011-2012 and is the product of a number of tactics executed by thousands of undergraduate Phi Delts, local volunteers, and the GHQ Staff in our strategic plan, Phi Delt 2020.

The strategic plan calls for ramped up efforts to develop a recruitment culture within the entire organization, reach 200 chapters by 2018 and claim the largest average chapter size of any men’s collegiate fraternity.                      Read more about how this 19% increase occurred
