On September 13, 2013 the brothers of Pennsylvania Pi at Robert Morris University went to Habitat for Humanity in Beaver Falls to help with a house that they have been helping to restore for the past eight months. The chapter was one of the first groups to help with the specific location, and the brothers plan to continue to go back to see the progression of the house into a home for the family. This past summer, Habitat for Humanity of Beaver County awarded the brothers of Pennsylvania Pi with a Certificate of Recognition signed by Senator Elder Vogel Jr. The chapter has continuously volunteered for Habitat for four years, and the chapter is expanding from volunteering at restore sites to also fundraising for the local Habitat of Beaver County.
