Executive Vice President Meets with Canadian Phi Delta Theta Scholarship Foundation

On Monday, November 4, Executive Vice President Bob Biggs met with the Board of Directors for the Canadian Phi Delta Theta Scholarship Foundation in Toronto, Ontario. The meeting was led by Chairman Rob McInnes and the directors discussed their committee assignments, reviewed the financial statements, received an update on scholarship applications, discussed fund raising activities and heard a report from Keegan Colville on the chapter and alumni activities occurring across Canada.

In addition to providing scholarships, the Foundation also provides financial support for Canadian members to attend and participate in the Kleberg Emerging Leaders Institute. Brother D. Grant Loree was honored with an appreciation plaque from the International Fraternity for his volunteer service including most recently serving as Chairman of the Board. The Foundation was established in 1974 and since that time has awarded 201 scholarships totaling $214,810 to student members from the Canadian chapters.
