Mississippi Alpha Phis traveled to Clarksdale, Mississippi early last Saturday morning to honor two generations of alumni. Joe Nosef has graciously spoken at recruitment events for many years and on Saturday, the Phikeias and brothers showed their appreciation by taking on a few projects at Joseph D. Nosef park, a park established in memory of Joe’s father. The participants spent several hours planting new flowers, painting and sprucing up concession stands and dugouts, picking up garbag, and paying their respects to the local alumni. All were treated to a local barbeque lunch by the alumni as a salute to their hard work and service.
