This past Wednesday, November 20th, serves as a significant date for the Tennessee Eta Colony at Middle Tennessee State University. Colony brother Jorge “JoJo” Cortes (pictured on left) was elected to the Middle Tennessee State University IFC Executive Board.

This is the first time in the university’s history that a colony member will serve on the executive board as the council recently amended its bylaws to allow a colony member to hold such a position. Previously, Jorge was an IFC delegate for Tennessee Eta. Jorge holds the position of Vice President of Community Relations as of Sunday, November 24th.
