On November 7, Alpha Chi Omega at the University of New Mexico hosted their annual Omega Man contest. This contest, aimed at finding the most gentlemanly and upstanding man on campus, is the sorority’s main fundraiser for their cause of domestic violence awareness.

This year, eight men entered from various fraternities and organizations on campus, and the crowned winner was Ceagan Lino of the New Mexico Alpha Chapter of Phi Delta Theta (pictured wearing the crown in the photo). The contest included modeling apparel, a talent show and a question and answer session revolved around domestic violence awareness.

On November 18, the Interfraternity Council at the University of New Mexico held elections for their new executive board. One Phi Delta Theta brother, Jonathan De La Torre, was elected to the position of IFC Treasurer. Within the position, he will manage the finances and accounting of the Council.
