The California Chi Colony of Phi Delta Theta Fraternity is excited and proud to join the Greek community at the University of San Francisco. Friends, family, and fellow members of the Greek community gathered at Xavier Chapel for the Colonization Ceremony on November 16, 2013. During the ceremony, 41 brothers were officially recognized as Founding Fathers of California Chi. Each member was presented with the pin and manual of the Fraternity before Colony President Henry Frishholz accepted a recognition plaque from Province President Phil DeCarlo.

Greek life at the University of San Francisco is a growing community, and the men of Phi Delta Theta are excited to be its newest members. Their hope is to continually create a positive image for the international organization and the University of San Francisco’s Greek community.

The colony members have already begun building a respectable image by attending events of other organizations on campus and participating in the American Cancer Society’s ‘Making Strides Against Breast Cancer’ Walk.
