Montana Alpha (Montana) Wins Outstanding Alumni Involvement and Greek Man of the Year Awards

The Montana Alpha Chapter at the University of Montana won the Outstanding Alumni Involvement Award at the annual Fraternity and Sorority Involvement Awards Banquet. This award exemplifies the outstanding work that alumni and alumni secretary Travis Miller have done for the chapter since its recolonization in 2011.

Additionally, Montana Alpha Phi Shaun Bummer was selected as the recipient of the 2013-14 Greek Man of the Year Award at the University of Montana. This award is given annually to a fraternity member at UM who exemplifies leadership, campus and community involvement, high academic standards and other standout qualities. Shaun is a Presidential Leadership Scholar through the Davidson Honors College at UM studying political science and history and minoring in journalism. Shaun is also the student coordinator of the University of Montana Advocates, the student ambassador group at UM, and serves as co-public relations chair and librarian for the Montana Alpha Chapter.
