On May 4th, the Pennsylvania Gamma Chapter at Washington & Jefferson College initiated 13 men into the chapter, raising the active brother total to 43 strong. Towards the end of the school year, the chapter also received an award for the Most Improved Chapter on campus. This award came after improving their philanthropy efforts by hosting an inaugural golf outing in the Fall of 2013 and a Lou Gehrig Home Run Derby in the Spring of 2014. The golf outing raised over $1,000 and the Home Run Derby raised a little over $500 for ALS. Finally, the chapter has worked diligently with the college to pay down $30k+ of debt to a zero balance.
