On Saturday, April 18, the undergraduate executive board gathered, along with the Leadership Consultant Michael Bruning, Province President Dominic Zultanski and House Corporation President Garrett Taliaferro.
The retreat was facilitated in partnership with Collective Wisdom, which delivers skilled facilitation services that help achieve objectives and unlock the collective wisdom of the team. The members participated in Myers Briggs assessment to help learn who they are and better understand each other as a team. In addition, the chapter leadership brainstormed and outlined goals/objectives for the 2015-2016 academic year. The retreat touched on topics such as communication, recruitment, member expectations, and new member development. The retreat was an opportunity for the undergraduate leadership to experience a real-world business strategy session and have meaningful discussions on the direction of their chapter.
