DePauw Phis wore a path to the stage at the University’s annual awards banquet held on campus. Five major awards were received by the Indiana Zeta Chapter including the only IFC chapter recognized with the highest honor: “Chapter of Excellence.”
In addition, Phi Delt was recognized as having the greatest programs in Philanthropic Endeavors as well as Alumni Relations.
First year member Jack Rotman ’18 was named as the Future Greek Leader and past President Jake Rust ‘15 was inducted into the inaugural Greek Hall of Fame Class!
In addition to being the only Chapter of Excellence IFC chapter, Phi Delt became the first repeat winner in this category. Further, honorable mention recognition came in the categories of Chapter President of the Year, Outstanding Adviser, Outstanding House Director and Piloting Greek Leader.
DePauw has long been recognized as one of North America’s strongest Greek systems. With more than two-thirds of the campus affiliated among 26 chapters, two ‘alpha’ chapters (Kappa Alpha Theta & Alpha Chi Omega) and five fraternity chapters over 150 years old, this recognition is most coveted.
