Portland State University’s Greek Council, a gathering of elected delegates and officers from each of the Greek chapters on campus, voted Phi Delta Theta’s Oregon Epsilon Chapter as the 2015 Chapter of the Year this June.

Early during the fall term, the Council presented a list of criteria that each chapter would have to meet to qualify for the award, with each chapter competing for the top spot. Examples of these criteria include Philanthropic and Community Service, Chapter GPA and Inter-Campus Participation.

Oregon Epsilon placed first for most of the criteria, most notably Highest Chapter GPA (above a 3.0) and Philanthropic Events (two city-wide events with hundreds of attendees and publicity in local news).
