Ninety undergraduate and alumni brothers from Colgate University gathered in New York City on January 6, 2017 for the 11th Annual New York Zeta of Phi Delta Theta Banquet. This brothers-only event facilitated networking connections and bonding between the alumni and undergraduate participants, demonstrating that Phi Delta Theta is truly a Fraternity for life. Co-sponsored by the New York Zeta of Phi Delta Theta Corporation and the New York Zeta Fund of the Phi Delta Theta Foundation, the event was held at The University Club of New York. Participants enjoyed a social hour followed by a buffet dinner with assigned seating for table networking discussions. The conversations continued late into the evening.
Special thanks to career coach Mark Moyer (Colgate ’86) of Compass Points Advisors LLC who spoke to the attendees about how to use LinkedIn as a business networking tool and shared some advice on what to include in an interview thank you letter. Thanks also to Beta Province President Roy Cunningham (West Virginia Alpha ’93) who participated in the event.
Damn do I look dashing!
