Alabama Alpha (Alabama) Named Most Outstanding Fraternity On Campus

The University of Alabama chapter of Order of Omega held its annual banquet on Wednesday, April 18 at the North River Yacht Club in Tuscaloosa. During the banquet, new Order of Omega members were initiated into the organization and awards were distributed for the past year. All fraternities and sororities on campus were represented at the banquet.

It was a great evening for the brothers of Alabama Alpha. Brooks Payne was named Freshman of the Year, Jimmy Screven was named Fraternity Advisor of the Year, and Thomas Russell was given the Rick B. Funk Award for outstanding leadership and scholarship on campus. Nine Alabama Alpha Phis were initiated into Order of Omega during the banquet.

The biggest news of the evening came when Alabama Alpha was named Most Outstanding Fraternity at the University of Alabama!
