One of the Phi Delt 2030 housing objectives is to ensure that at least 100% of our chapter facilities have a live-in presence. A non-undergraduate live-in presence can improve chapter performance and provides the alumni volunteers a conduit of responsibility and accountability.
To provide training and a foundation for an on-the-job skill set, we invite you to enroll your live-in leadership adviser for our two-day virtual training seminar on August 3-4, 2021 each night from 7-9 pm EST. GHQ will be holding an comprehensive and interactive training for those less experienced advisers or those who want to sharpen their skills. Additionally, thanks to the gracious gift from the Texas Delta House Corporation, General Headquarters now has the ability to broadcast additional programing to the boot camp participants outside this virtual event.
Attendees will gain knowledge in the following areas: fraternity organizations and operations, member expectations, best practice and peer-to-peer advice, risk prevention and health and safety, and problem-solving. The GHQ executives and guest speakers will present in their respective areas of expertise.
There is no fee for the programming. Once completed, the advisers will be able to optimize their GHQ resources and be equipped with resources to reference once they return to your facility.
