Phi Delta Theta offers anonymous reporting of any student concern through Real Response. Your name and phone number will not be revealed. Use a mobile device with texting capabilities to text (513) 280-8113 or scan the QR code below to begin your anonymous report.

Steps for Submitting an Anonymous Report
- Send a text to (513)-280-8113 or scan the QR code above.
- An automated response will be sent once the message is received to confirm that your report has been submitted.
- You will receive a text back to acknowledge your report and ask questions if additional information or clarification is needed.
- A case will be created following the appropriate standard operating procedures.

Member Expectations
Members of Phi Delta Theta are expected to uphold and abide by certain standards of conduct as outlined in The Bond, The Code, and risk management policies of Phi Delta Theta.
Additionally, members are expected to abide by the policies and regulations of their college or university and to hold each other accountable to these standards. In the case of an emergency, please follow our Good Samaritan Policy.
When members of Phi Delta Theta act outside of our values or violate policies conduct proceedings resulting in individual or chapter discipline will take place.
