Aidan Williams serves as a recruitment specialist at Phi Delta Theta General Headquarters. Aidan grew up in Independence, Missouri, and graduated from the University of Missouri–Kansas City with a Bachelor’s in business administration with an emphasis in marketing and a minor in sociology.
During his time at UMKC, he helped found the Missouri Kappa Chapter, where he served as chorister for two years, vice president of public relations for one year, a member of the recruitment committee for one year, and vice president of recruitment for the Interfraternity Council for one year. He attended the Kleberg Emerging Leaders Institute and Phi Delta Theta’s General Convention, experiences that further developed his passion for leadership and the Fraternity.
In the Missouri Kappa Chapter’s inaugural year, the chapter earned the distinction of achieving the highest chapter GPA in the Fraternity nationwide. Outside of Phi Delta Theta, Aidan was an active member of Enactus, a social entrepreneurship organization, where he contributed to several community-focused ventures. His primary project, Generation Green, grew into a successful venture that was ultimately acquired by a larger company.
Aidan’s hobbies include spending time with friends, traveling, golfing, working out, writing, and watching movies. He is excited to help establish new chapters of Phi Delta Theta across North America, strengthen the Fraternity’s future through recruitment, and provide young men with the same life-changing opportunities that Phi Delta Theta gave him.
