Ben Dorn serves as Membership Growth Coordinator at Phi Delta Theta General Headquarters. After serving as a Recruitment Specialist for two years and successfully completing expansion projects at Georgia College & State, Rutgers, and Quinnipiac, Ben Dorn has been promoted to Membership Growth Coordinator. In this role, Ben will focus on identifying, generating, and supporting student interest groups across North America that aspire to establish Phi Delta Theta on their campuses. Additionally, he will help coach and mentor undergraduate recruitment chairmen and CAB recruitment advisers participating in the Fraternity’s Recruitment Coaching Program, equipping chapters with the strategies, resources, and accountability needed to achieve their membership goals.
Ben is a Monmouth College graduate where he majored in Communication and Public Relations. During his time there, he served as IFC President and First-Year Mentor, received the 2023 Emerging Leader Award, and was an active member of Phi Delta Theta, serving as both Standards Chairman and Community Service Chairman.
