Ethan Lester is a new recruitment specialist here at Phi Delta Theta General Headquarters. He grew up in Claremore, Oklahoma, and graduated from Rogers State University with a Bachelor’s in strategic communications and a micro-credential in business and marketing.
During his time at Rogers State, he helped found the Oklahoma Epsilon Chapter, where he served as recruitment chairman for two and a half years and vice president for one year. He had the privilege of attending the Kleberg Emerging Leaders Institute three times—including once through the Shaffer Honors College track—and attended the McKenzie Family Presidents Leadership Conference twice as a peer mentor. He was also the first Iron Phi in his Chapter, raising over $11,000 in a single academic year, as well as a Rising Phi. Additionally, he served as the university’s mascot for all four years of his undergraduate career.
Ethan’s hobbies include working out, traveling, socializing, community service, philanthropy, video games, and making people laugh. He looks forward to getting more involved in what he loves most—networking, working hard to raise money for ALS research, and developing leadership skills in both himself and others. He is excited to give others the same opportunity that the Fraternity gave him, and to help build them into the greatest versions of themselves.
