Jill Roy serves as Accounting Manager for Phi Delta Theta, bringing more than twenty years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, administrative support, and operational management. She began her career in administrative and office management roles and spent nearly a decade with Cohen Recycling, her families fourth-generation, family-owned company. Throughout her career, Jill has supported organizations across nonprofit, corporate, and entrepreneurial environments. This experience has allowed her to develop a well-rounded skill set that blends financial stewardship with strong operational and executive support.
In her work, Jill has managed responsibilities including payroll, accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, audit preparation, system implementations, and executive support. She is known for her organized, detail-oriented approach and her ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and consistency. Jill values collaboration and clear communication and takes pride in supporting teams and leadership with thoughtful, dependable financial and administrative support.
Jill attended the University of Nevada, Las Vegas for her undergraduate studies and later returned to the Hamilton area, where she was born and raised. She has served on numerous nonprofit boards and committees and is currently an active volunteer, supporting character-centered programming for the HIGHER Fund at the Hamilton Community Foundation and serving on the Program Excellence Committee for the YWCA Hamilton. Outside of work, Jill enjoys road trips, great coffee, solo walks, and spontaneous dance breaks. She and her husband, Kraig, embrace both peace and the joyful chaos of life in their blended family of seven.
