Nick serves as the Senior Director of Chapter Support for Phi Delta Theta, providing strategic leadership and oversight for the Fraternity’s chapter support and success initiatives. In this role, he partners with volunteers, campus stakeholders, and staff to strengthen chapter operations, enhance the member experience, promote health and safety, and develop innovative resources that help chapters achieve long-term success while advancing the Fraternity’s mission and values.
As a fraternity and sorority life and higher education professional, Nick has nearly ten years of experience in student development, leadership education, and organizational advising. Before joining Phi Delta Theta, he served as Director of Risk Response and Education for Delta Tau Delta Fraternity, where he led initiatives focused on member safety, risk management, and organizational education. He previously served as Director of Fraternity and Sorority Life at the University of Idaho, providing strategic leadership for fraternity and sorority initiatives, student engagement, and campus partnerships.
Nick earned a bachelor’s degree in communicative sciences and disorders from the University of Montana and a master’s degree in counseling and student affairs from Northern Arizona University. He is passionate about helping students and volunteers develop their leadership potential while fostering safe, values-driven member experiences.
Outside of work, Nick enjoys traveling with family and friends, exploring the outdoors through hiking, and giving back to his community through volunteer service.
