About Bonnie

Bonnie is from Chicago, Illinois, and graduated summa cum laude from DePaul University. She has worked for several law firms throughout the Midwest and brings with her more than twenty-five years of administrative and paralegal experience to Phi Delta Theta Foundation.

Bonnie joined Phi Delta Theta in February of 2021, where she worked with the Phi Delta Theta Foundation to manage the scholarship program and awarding process. In this role, she collaborated with staff, chapter presidents, student applicants, and judging committees to help fulfill the scholarship and fellowship awards. During this time, she also served the Live Like Lou and Walter B. Palmer Foundations.

Bonnie then transitioned to the Phi Delta Theta Fraternity to assist the accounting department in daily bank reconciliation, processing invoices, administering payroll and state taxes, as well as preparing monthly and quarterly reports.

In mid-December of 2021, Bonnie returned full-time to the Phi Delta Theta Foundation advancement services team with the goal of maximizing the Foundation’s impact on Phi Delt students. Since her return, she has facilitated the two most significant impact years for the Phi Delta Theta Foundation, including $1 million dollars in grants and scholarships for the first time in 2022. As a first-generation college graduate and scholarship recipient, she’s drawn to ensure every student understands the scholarship resources available to them through the Foundation.

Bonnie and her husband, Tim, currently reside in Oxford, Ohio. Since moving to Oxford, she and Tim love to go on campus walks and hike the community trails with their dog, Jersey. She is part of the Oxford Country Club golf league, participates in local volunteer work, and always enjoys baking and travel.
