As a chapter support coordinator, Colin supports undergraduate brothers and chapters, through in-person and virtual support, maximize their potential and accelerate their development as they strive to become the greatest version of themselves. Colin also supports Live-in-Leadership Advisors (LILAs) and their mission to advise and empower chapter members in and outside of their respective facilities to become the greatest versions of themselves both on campus and beyond.

Colin began his Phi Delta Theta journey as a founder of the Tennessee Eta Chapter, serving as vice president, then president. After graduation, he became a program assistant for the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life at Middle Tennessee State University as he began his graduate-level work. Colin later joined the University of Louisville, where he served the Fraternity and Sorority Life community and earned his master of arts in higher education administration. Most recently, he served as the coordinator of, and then as the assistant director for, Fraternity and Sorority Life at Northern Kentucky University, leading a community of over 1,200 students.

Colin regularly serves as volunteer faculty for other organizations across the country. Additionally, he has served as volunteer faculty for the Fraternity at the McKenzie Family Presidents Leadership Conference and Kleberg Emerging Leaders Institute.

He and his wife, Ansley, reside near the Atlanta, Georgia, area with their chug (chihuahua pug), Frank, pug, Louis, and cat, Boo. Colin is a sports fanatic, writing for the Nashville Predators hockey team as a contributor to Predlines.com and a Catfish on Ice Podcast cohost— part of the Hockey Podcast Network. He is an avid fan of the Arizona Cardinals, Phoenix Suns, Arizona Diamondbacks, Tottenham Hotspur FC, and Nashville SC, in addition to following his MTSU, UofL, and NKU teams.

Why did you decide to work for Phi Delta Theta?

I believe in empowering others to be their best selves, and Phi Delta Theta does just that. As an organization, Phi Delta Theta works hard to cultivate a strong, fulfilling culture of service and integrity. There is a sense of family and camaraderie with the staff and volunteers that make it an incredibly welcoming environment and team to be a part of.
