Cynthia first came on staff with the Phi Delta Theta Foundation in 2013 and then transitioned into her current role as the Accounts Payable & Human Resources Specialist in 2016 with the Fraternity. She graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University with a B.S. in Business Management, a minor in Healthcare Administration and a certificate in Accounting.

Currently resides in Liberty, Indiana with her twin toddlers, Avery and Aniston. One of Cynthia’s greatest joys is traveling. Destination is typically spontaneous and tracked on a world map that hangs in her home. In addition, she is passionate about seizing every opportunity to appreciate the outdoors, play co-ed softball, restore old homes, and be involved in local and national philanthropies. Having worked previously in income development at American Cancer Society and in business and donor relations at Reid Hospital, the roles helped fuel her desire to want to give back and serve both personally and professionally in life. She looks forward to instilling these same values and teaching the importance of self-contribution to her daughters as they grow.
