About Mike

Michael S. Hyatt is Senior Vice President-Investments with UBS Financial Services in the company’s Fort Worth, Texas office. A financial professional for over 40 years, Mike joined UBS in 1992 from Texas Commerce Bank Fort Worth after serving as President. An active member of his community, Mike is Treasurer of the Fort Worth Zoo Association, and Past President of Leadership Fort Worth and Vice President of Finance and Director of Trinity Terrace, Inc., a continuing care retirement community located in Fort Worth. He is past president of Adolescent Pregnancy Prevention, Inc., Casa Mañana Musicals, Inc. and the Texas Boys Choir, as well as an advisory board member and past president of Fort Worth Sister Cities International. Mike is Chair Emeritus of Sister Cities International located in Washington, D.C. after serving as Chair from July 2008 to July 2010. He is an investment committee member for Pacific Retirement Services.

Mike is a long-time contributor of OSU, and serves on the Oklahoma State University Foundation Board of Governors, and has created a scholarship for new business students, as well as a scholarship awarded annually to a full-time graduate student in the School of International Studies. In 2016, he was inducted into OSU’s Spears School of Business Hall of Fame, the school’s highest honor.

Mike is a generous supporter of Phi Delta Theta, and has also served the Fraternity as a volunteer in several capacities, including Rho North Province President from 2010-2016, and as a faculty member for the Presidents Leadership Conference and the Kleberg Emerging Leaders Institute. He and his wife, Rae, reside in Fort Worth.
