General Council Member-at-Large

About Todd

Todd M. Nisbet was initiated into the California Delta Chapter of Phi Delta Theta at the University of Southern California. While an undergraduate, he was a prominent leader in the chapter and held several executive officer positions.

After graduating in 1987, Todd moved to the Upper East Side of Manhattan to begin his New York City advertising agency business career. While his career progressed to include successful years at AT&T and Prudential, Todd also found time to get his master’s from Seton Hall University, marry Anita, and start a family.

In 2000, Todd joined The Walt Disney Company and returned to Southern California to lead the media giant’s global video game and digital entertainment business. After many wonderful years as a Disney executive in Los Angles, Todd, his wife, and three children decided to move to Nashville, Tennessee. They moved in 2008, so their kids could spend more time with their grandparents.

When Todd arrived in Nashville, he turned to the Phi Delta Theta alumni directory and started reaching out and networking with local Phis. From one of many new Phi Delt connections, Todd was introduced to North Highland Consulting, where he has been a management consultant and an active part of the executive team ever since. As an AVP/Client Executive with the firm, Todd is an innovative business executive with extensive experience driving growth and profitability throughout the advertising, automotive, education, entertainment, financial services, healthcare, pharmaceutical, retail, and consumer products industries.

For many years, Todd has been an active volunteer with Phi Delta Theta. In addition to serving as chapter advisory board chair, Eta South Province President (Tennessee), and a member of the survey commission, Todd was elected to the General Council at the 83rd General Convention in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He has also served on various boards, and nonprofits focused on youth development, minority-owned business growth, and supporting our military.

Todd currently lives in the Nashville, Tennessee, area. When he and his wife Anita are not enjoying hot chicken, they spend quality time with their three children, dogs, cats, and fainting goats.
