As the director of member success, Todd will execute Phi Delt 2030 support strategies to further enhance retention and personal growth efforts among undergraduate members and staff. This includes the areas of the Fraternity’s Phikeia education program, first-year experience, chapter accreditation program, and communication efforts on behalf of the membership development and support team.
Todd joined the General Headquarters staff at the beginning of June 2019 after finishing his Masters of College Student Personnel at Ohio University. Prior to attending Ohio University, Todd graduated from The University of Akron in May 2017 where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations. While active with the Ohio Epsilon Chapter, Todd served as the Phikeia educator, public relations chairman, awards chairman, and community service chairman.
Outside of Phi Delta Theta, Todd has continued his involvement by volunteering with various fraternity/sorority organizations, the Association of Fraternity/ Sorority Advisors, the Association of Fraternal Leadership & Values, serving on Order of Omega’s Board of Directors, and judging campus fraternity/sorority leadership awards. Todd lives in Cincinnati and, in his free time, enjoys traveling, spending time with friends and family, learning, and staying involved within his community.
