About Will

Will Harris, a native of Glasgow, Kentucky, is a proud alumnus of the Kentucky Eta Chapter of Phi Delta Theta and graduated summa cum laude at Western Kentucky University. He obtained his BA in corporate and organizational communication with a minor in sales and marketing in 2021.

While at WKU, Will was involved in the WKU Spirit Masters organization, where he served as an official ambassador of the University; WKU IFC, where he served as the vice president of judicial affairs; Midnight on the Hill, a nonprofit geared towards raising funds for St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital, where he served as the director of fundraising and sponsorship; the Student Government Association, where he served as a freshman senator, chief of staff, and student body president his junior and senior year. Brother Harris joined Phi Delta Theta in the fall of 2017 and was elected the Phikeia class vice president. While an undergraduate, he remained active by serving on the homecoming Committee, Pallas committee, recruitment committee, alumni relations committee, and the Phikeia education committee. Harris attended the Kleberg Emerging Leaders Institute in the summer of 2017 and served on the executive cabinet for the Kentucky Eta chapter from 2020-21. He now serves as the recruitment adviser for Kentucky Eta and joined the Phi Delta Theta Foundation staff in 2023. In Brother Harris’ work, he supports Campaign 2030 by raising funds for member development, health and safety, and people support.

In his free time, Will enjoys cheering on his alma mater, the Hilltoppers, smoking some meat on the barbecue, and always cheering on the Tennessee Titans. Titan Up!
