Ben Morrow, Westminster ’21, is a committed member and officer of the Missouri Beta Chapter at Westminster College. Brother Morrow is in his 2nd year serving as chapter president and served as awards chairman last year, helping Missouri Beta win the the Kansas City Trophy and 10 other awards. As president, Ben is organized and driven. Morrow strives to be a servant leader, and he often is found working alongside his brothers. Among the most helpful things he has accomplished as president is making officer transitions smoother. He keeps up with his work and encourages others to do the same, but most significantly, he serves as an example of getting things done.
Morrow is involved outside of the Fraternity as well. In addition to being a double major in accounting and math, he is engaged on campus, serving as a freshman transition mentor, an active member in Blue Blazers Investment Committee, Student Ambassadors, VP of math club, VP of the Westminster Oath & Values Board, and Baby Skull for the Skulls of Seven (a very prestigious Honor on Westminster’s campus, consisting of just seven students chosen to uphold the college’s virtues), and a member of five academic and Greek honor societies, including Order of Omega.
Outside of school, Ben is an Eagle Scout and is an assistant scoutmaster of his scout troop back home and logs over 100 community service hours per year. Ben was mentioned in a St. Louis Scouting magazine in fall 2016 for earning 141 merit badges (a record at the time)! Ben is dedicated to everything he commits himself to, especially Phi Delta Theta and his Missouri Beta Chapter.
