Contracted Recruitment Coaches

Recruitment coaches will guide and mentor chapters around growth in conjunction with local volunteers and General Headquarters staff. This includes the monitoring of recruitment technology, proactive consulting, conducting in-person support visits, and facilitating workshops focused on recruitment to ensure chapters have the knowledge, skills, and resources necessary to increase their membership.

Recruitment Specialists

Recruitment specialists are responsible for the preparation and execution of establishing new or re-emerging Phi Delt chapters and the support of growth in existing chapters. Responsibilities include pre-project preparation, on-campus and virtual recruitment of founders and alumni advisers, and establishing a baseline for operations through emerging chapter education. Recruitment specialists also play a critical role in recruitment education by coaching recruitment chairmen at existing chapters.

Live-In Leadership Adviser

Phi Delta Theta International Fraternity is currently assisting house corporations to identify and place live-in leadership adviser candidates for chapters across the country.

A live-in leadership adviser assists a chapter as it builds relationships with its house corporation, chapter advisory board, and university/college administration. Duties are conducted in consultation with the General Headquarters, house corporation, chapter advisory board, and university/college faculty and staff. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: the management of the house or physical structure; ensuring the chapter is upholding the risk management policies of Phi Delta Theta, the local chapter bylaws, and the terms of the lease agreement; and assisting the chapter leadership with overall chapter operations.
