A strong budget and easy-to-use, secure, and digital member-to-chapter dues platform is vital to the long-term health of the Fraternity’s chapters. This has been a focus of General Headquarters throughout the planning and beginning execution phases of Phi Delt 2030. After a thorough review, in early 2020 before COVID-19 cut short the spring semester, Phi Delta Theta began implementing a new long-term partnership with Billhighway l greekbill and ChapterSpot.
Phi Delta Theta is excited to announce its exclusive partnership with Billhighway | greekbill, a joint financial solutions team, and ChapterSpot, a leader in database technology, to provide its members with a best-in-class chapter support and member technology platform and membership portal starting early January 2021.
The seamless integration between ChapterSpot’s member-management technology and Billhighway | greekbill’s financial platform (greekbill) optimizes chapter operations with a foundation powered by Salesforce, the world’s largest CRM/database company.
As Phi Delta Theta chapters navigate this unique school year, the usage of a financial solution to create budgets, collect dues, manage member and lease contracts, file taxes, and manage receivables is critical to future financial stability. As the Fraternity’s exclusive organization-wide partner moving forward, Phi Delta Theta encourages chapter leaders and advisers to sign-up for a demo with greekbill team member Riley Moffatt to learn about the product and how your chapter can begin using it as early as this fall 2020.
Throughout the fall 2020 semester, additional details about the overall implementation of greekbill and ChapterSpot will be released. It will culminate in a completely new and modernized membership portal, fully released in January 2021, that will replace the current MyPhiDeltaTheta.
