Norm enjoyed a 25+ year career at Rogers Communications and was most recently director of integration in relation to the Shaw Communications acquisition of 2023. In his career at Rogers, he had ever-increasing responsibilities across both the Wireless and Residential divisions, predominantly in Product Development and Product Management. He led the development and implementation of Smart Home Monitoring, a next-generation home security and monitoring solution.
He enjoyed his time as a founding member of Phi Delta Theta at Carleton, which was a strong foundation in helping him prepare for his business career at Rogers and CN Rail. He is the Canadian Foundation’s first Director representing the ON Epsilon chapter. Norm resides in Toronto with his partner, Jenny, and their dog, Louis, and enjoys active hobbies such as hiking, skiing, and sailing. He recently trained for and completed an 800-kilometre Camino Frances trek across northern Spain. He hopes to do even more challenging journeys in the coming years.
