Kevin Somel graduated from the University of Puget Sound in 2024 with a bachelor of arts in business administration and a minor in economics. As an undergraduate, he was a four-year NCAA student-athlete in football. He was elected twice as the Interfraternity Council’s director of fraternity recruitment and served as vice president and alumni relations chair for the Washington Delta Chapter of Phi Delta Theta.
Kevin was born in Modesto and raised in Patterson, California, with six siblings. In his free time, he loves reading about different philosophers, having conversations with people who have unique perspectives and experiences, and enjoying time in the great outdoors.
Why did you decide to work for Phi Delta Theta?
