In November 2024, Eric Stice joined Phi Delta Theta as their Director of Housing and Facilities. Eric previously worked with Barrister Capital Corporation for eight years, assisting the Delta Chi Fraternity in enhancing its housing support and property management programs.
Eric is a Delta Chi alumnus and holds a bachelor’s degree in aviation management. He served six years in the Air Force, deploying in support of Operation Enduring Freedom, Iraqi Freedom, and Northern Watch.
Eric currently resides in a suburb of Kansas City, MO, with his wife, Kristi, and their two sons. He enjoys volunteering for his sons’ scout troop and watching them play sports. Eric is thrilled to be part of the Phi Delta Theta family and looks forward to supporting the fraternity in achieving its housing goals.
