Live-In Leadership Advisers
Phi Delta Theta International Fraternity is currently assisting house corporations to identify and place live-in leadership adviser candidates for chapters.

About
A live-in leadership adviser assists a chapter as it builds relationships with its house corporation, chapter advisory board, parents club, and university/college administration. Duties are conducted in consultation with the General Headquarters, house corporation, chapter advisory board, and university/college faculty and staff. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: the management of the house or physical structure; ensuring the chapter is upholding the risk management policies of Phi Delta Theta, the local chapter bylaws, and the terms of the lease agreement; and assisting the chapter leadership with overall chapter operations.
Through the Fraternity’s strategic plan, Phi Delt 2030, the Fraternity has a goal to place and train a certified live-in leadership adviser in 100 percent of all eligible house corporation-owned properties by 2030.

Live-In Leadership Adviser Training 2025
July 28–29, 2025
Designed for live-in leadership advisers, graduate assistants and house directors, this training will provide attendees knowledge in three main categories: fraternity organization and operations, risk prevention and health and safety, and facility administration.
Overview
As Phi Delta Theta Fraternity works towards accomplishing its Phi Delt 2030 strategic plan, one of the plan’s housing objectives is to ensure that our chapter facilities have a live-in presence where space and financial resources allow. A non-undergraduate live-in presence can improve chapter performance and provides the alumni volunteers with a conduit of responsibility and accountability.

Oxford, Ohio – Greek Significance
Our location is part of Miami University and is close to downtown. Oxford is a small, quaint town and home to the national offices of numerous Greek-letter organizations; Delta Zeta Sorority, Phi Delta Theta, Beta Theta Pi, and Phi Kappa Tau Fraternities call Oxford home. Sigma Chi was also founded in Oxford, but their headquarters is now in Evanston, Illinois.
