    Please note: All event requests are reviewed internally to ensure their purpose supports the mission and vision of the Phi Delta Theta Fraternity. We reserve the right to refuse your event. For an event to be publicized on the Phi Delta Theta website or attended by a representative of the General Fraternity a supported event planning form through our risk management and insurance program may be additionally required. If the event has any of the below this form will be required and a GHQ staff member will follow-up with you upon submission. Event Planning Form Required: 1. Alcohol will be present 2. A contract(s) must be signed with an outside company or group Any requests for a General Council member or General Headquarters staff member to attend and speak at this event can be submitted here. (LINK) Events are expected to have fifty or more attendees for a speaker request to be considered; pending travel availability.
