Bill Poston has helped executives in technology-driven industries transform their organizations to deliver results for the past 22 years. Bill is a Founder and Managing Partner of Kalypso, a global professional services firm focused exclusively on helping companies deliver on the promise of innovation. He is a highly regarded consultant, speaker, and writer on the topics of innovation strategy, product development, portfolio management, technology commercialization, and the software systems that enable innovation.
Bill founded and serves as the President of the Stelos Alliance, a non-profit organization that provides scholarships and leadership education to outstanding college students. Stelos created the Housley Principled Leadership Program as a memorial to a friend and Bill now teaches the course at two different universities. Bill is a former member of the Board of the Texas State University Development Foundation and a recipient of the Texas State “Alumni Star” award. Bill served as chapter president for the Texas State chapter and now commits countless hours to helping any of his TX MU brothers with job placement, assisting their children in attending TX state, and though separated by distance fostering contact with past and present PHI’s.
Bill received his MBA from the University of Texas and a BBA from Texas State University. He makes his home in the Texas Hill Country and enjoys the challenge of keeping up with his incredibly understanding wife, four very active grown children, and grandbabies on the occasional weekend at home.
