The Model The Way award “recognizes an individual that promotes core values when putting their leadership into practice. This includes, but is not limited to, establishing and surpassing visible standards of excellence, positively reacting to complex change, and paving the way for others to lead.”
Brother Junmin Yee was the recipient of the award this year. As a student at Oregon Tech, he has shown a unique ability to build community and personal relationships. He is encouraging to his peers and colleagues while challenging his community to be the best it can be. Junmin is able to bridge the gap from many organizations he participates in, never letting one thing overshadow another.
Junmin is currently the Webmaster and Member at Large of the Oregon Delta Chapter of Phi Delta Theta. Along with his commitments to the Fraternity, he also serves the welfare of the student body as Communications Officer and future Finance Officer for ASOIT.
