Phi Delta Theta General Headquarters is seeking recruitment coaches to join their member development and support team. Increasing membership is a strategic goal for Phi Delta Theta, as it strengthens the Fraternity’s presence and impact across the United States and Canada. Job Description
Recruitment coaches will guide and mentor chapters around growth in conjunction with local volunteers and General Headquarters staff. This includes the monitoring of recruitment technology, proactive consulting, conducting in-person support visits, and facilitating workshops focused on recruitment to ensure chapters have the knowledge, skills, and resources necessary to increase their membership. Please note that this is a temporary contract role, not full-time, and offers flexible hours that will vary based on the needs of different chapters. This position will report directly to the senior director of talent acquisition.

Duties/Responsibilities
- Weekly meeting with the recruitment chairman and chapter president.
- Bi-weekly meetings with the recruitment committee.
- Active monitoring and consulting with the chapter by utilizing recruitment CRM, tracking potential new members.
- Monthly check-ins with GHQ senior staff and the survey commission.
- Monthly meetings with chapter support team.
- Engage the chapter advisory board as needed.
- Reports to GHQ staff on chapter progress.
- Attend recruitment coaches training at General Headquarters in Oxford, Ohio.
Qualifications
- Experience advising fraternities and sororities strongly preferred.
- A demonstrated history of recruitment advising strongly preferred.
- Results-oriented, strategic thinker and planner.
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills.
- Excellent verbal, analytical, organizational, and written skills.
- Sound judgment with strong problem-solving skills.
- Servant leadership focused.
