Certified as a Great Place to Work, this full-time position is responsible for the support of facility management and national partnerships, as well as operational support of multiple functions of real estate operations for a portfolio of student housing assets owned and operated by the Fraternity across the United States and Canada. This position will contribute to housing-related strategies of Phi Delta Theta Fraternity as outlined in its strategic plan Phi Delt 2030, as well as support the improvement and preservation of the Fraternity’s historic and valuable housing stock through educational efforts in support of local house corporations.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Assist the Senior Director of Housing and Facilities with the implementation of strategic vision for North Hall Properties.
- Assist Senior Director of Housing and Facilities to support North Hall Properties’ owned facilities by:
- Acting as a liaison between the fraternity and third property management
- Review, process, coordinate, and manage the day-to-day operational and maintenance support.
- Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of capital improvement projects.
- Coordinate and oversee regular inspections performed in-person or by other parties.
- Work with North Hall Properties third party management company in the execution of the leasing process.
- Support the determination of yearly rent increases and development of the North Hall Properties budget.
- Support annual insurance distribution, questions, and tracking of payments, as well as support distribution of communication and reports as provided by Favor & Company to local house corporations.
- Support ongoing communication programs and initiatives for Phi Delta Theta Fraternity and North Hall Properties to undergraduate and alumni members related to housing.
- Support the development of housing training programs and informational pieces related to house safety, security, operations, maintenance, pricing, and budgeting.
- Document processes and update internal resources.
- Occasional travel to relevant workshops sponsored by professional associations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Three or more years of industry related or property management experience including housing and facility operations.
- Collegiate experience as a member of a fraternity or sorority is a plus.
- Requires knowledge of budgets, financial analysis, and the ability to plan effectively.
- Results-oriented, strategic thinker and planner.
- Excellent verbal, analytical, organizational, and written skills.
- Sound judgment with strong problem-solving skills.
- Servant leadership focused.
Work Environment and Physical Requirements
- Remote work may be considered based on experience.
- Willingness to travel.
- Ability to work weekends when needed.
