About Aaron

Aaron Hollis currently serves as the director of member development. He is responsible for the curriculum development for Kleberg Emerging Leaders Institute, McKenzie Family President’s Leadership Conference, and the online education modules in PDT U. He is passionate about helping our current undergraduates develop into excellent leaders, encouraging mentorship from experienced members to younger students, and preparing undergraduates to translate their skills to post-college employment.

Aaron is an alumnus initiate of Phi Delta Theta, joining the Indiana Iota Chapter at Valparaiso University in 2017. He has been a CAB member of Indiana Iota since the fall of 2016 and volunteered as Kleberg faculty in 2022.

Prior to joining the staff at GHQ, Aaron worked on the campus side of higher education. He worked in residential life at Valparaiso University and in career services at Kettering University and IUPUI. He has a master of science in college student affairs from Eastern Illinois University and a bachelor of science in sociology from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.

Outside of work, Aaron enjoys spending time on local pickleball courts, playing board games with friends, and occasionally taking home prizes at local trivia nights in Indianapolis.

Why did you decide to work for Phi Delta Theta?

“I chose to work for Phi Delta Theta because I wanted to create great learning experiences for brothers. The leadership conferences and other educational opportunities put on by Phi Delta Theta are some of the best in the industry, and this work allows me to enhance and improve them for the benefit of our members.”
