Myra Duritsch serves as the senior director of volunteer support and people for Phi Delta Theta General Headquarters. In this role, Myra leads the Fraternity’s efforts to recruit, place, retain, educate, and support its expansive volunteer base in alignment with Phi Delta Theta’s strategic plan. Her work ensures that local and regional volunteers are equipped with the knowledge and tools needed to successfully engage with and advise their chapters.
In addition to volunteer support, Myra also plays a key role in stewarding organizational talent by leading staff onboarding and supporting internal hiring processes. She works closely with all Phi Delta Theta entities and departments to strengthen the volunteer experience and drive success across the organization.
Myra graduated from IUPUI in 2010 and moved back home to Liberty, Indiana, in 2012. Myra and her husband, Tony, currently live in Liberty with their two children, Tinley and Tate. She is passionate about working with others and enjoys building meaningful relationships with alumni and volunteers through her role.
