Steve is the executive director of the Iron Phi Foundation. The Iron Phi Foundation was developed with one goal in mind – to continue to expand the success of the Fraternity’s Iron Phi initiative, challenging members to become philanthropists through athletic and fundraising pursuits that support the Live Like Lou Foundation and Phi Delta Theta. In his role, Steve also leads the growing impact of the Lou Gehrig Memorial Award.
Steve spent his undergraduate days at Iowa State University, completed his MBA at Xavier University, is a graduate of Leadership Iowa, and completed a Digital Marketing certification program at the University of Illinois. Steve and his wife Tillie live in Ames, Iowa with their son Calvin, daughter Tessa and dog Leena. He is an avid traveler, runner, blogger, Iowa State Cyclone fan, personal finance coach, and dog boarder. He also thinks you should become an Iron Phi.
What Makes Phi Delta Theta Great?
“The mindset of Phi Delta Theta is an innovative one. We enjoy leading the way, making tough decision, dipping our toes in new waters, and being a thought-leader in many areas. The culture that has developed from this mindset allows us to be successful.”Steve Good
