Tobin is the Vice Chairman of Colliers International, Canada’s largest commercial real estate brokerage. He has been with Colliers for twenty-seven years and has specialized in office leasing with a focus on tenant representation, successfully completing over 1,000 office lease transactions totaling over 12 million square feet. He is consistently recognized as a National Top Producer at Colliers International and is a member of the prestigious Everest Club, recognizing the premier agents globally at Colliers.
In 2019, Tobin reached the pinnacle as the #1 overall broker at Colliers among 476 peers covering all industry verticals in Canada. The Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) has twice recognized Tobin as the Office Leasing Broker of the Year in Central Canada, an award based on significant deal transactions and an outside commitment to community service.
Brother Davis was initiated by the Nova Scotia Alpha chapter in 1992 and served as the chapter’s Vice President, and then President while he was an undergraduate at Dalhousie University. He is a former member of the All-Phi sports team (hockey) and previous winner of a Phi Delta Theta Canadian Scholarship in 1993.
Tobin is currently a Director of Kids Up Front Toronto (a charitable organization that provides access to arts, culture, sport and recreation for children who don’t have the opportunity to experience them) and is the Head Coach of Leaside Flames Hockey Club.
